About the Tides at Oregon Inlet Marina

Oregon Inlet Marina gets two high tides and two low tides most days, and they are not a matched pair. One high or one low each day is clearly bigger than the other. On a typical day the water rises and falls about 0.8 feet.

Over the next two weeks the biggest tides come on Sunday, November 8, when the water moves about 1.0 foot. The lowest water is 0.2 ft on Saturday, November 21 at 11:23 AM, and the highest is 1.4 ft on Sunday, November 8 at 6:55 AM.

NOAA station 8652587 here measures the water live and reports its temperature. Minor flooding starts when the water reaches 3.0 ft.
