By using EasyTides you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

For Planning, Not Navigation

Tide times are NOAA's astronomical predictions. They do not include wind, rain, river flow or storm surge, and real water levels can differ from them. Weather, alerts and boating forecasts come from the National Weather Service and can be delayed or unavailable. Fishing outlooks and solunar times are rules of thumb. Always check official charts, notices and current conditions, and use your own judgment. You are responsible for your safety and your decisions on and near the water.

No Warranty

EasyTides is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep every time and link accurate and current, but we do not promise the site will be error free, complete or always available.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, EasyTides and the people behind it are not liable for any loss, injury or damage that comes from using the site or relying on anything on it.

Fishing Rules and Other Sites

Links to state agencies and other sites are for your convenience. Those sites control their own content, and fishing rules change often, so follow the official rules for where and when you fish.

Content

NOAA and National Weather Service data is public information. The site's design, text, logo and code belong to EasyTides. Please link to any page you like, but do not copy the site wholesale or scrape it in a way that burdens it.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
